Symptom

  • The event reason changes unexpectedly after updating job information.
  • When updating data from custom MDF to job information and compensation information, the issue happens only for the job information record.
  • The event reason mentioned during the workflow changes after approval for job information, but remains correct for compensation information.
  • The issue is reproducible through both integration center and import, with no workflow triggered for updating event reason.
