3557547 - T-Code MASS Not Updating Item Data in Sales Order in SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

  • When update an item level info (e.g. 'Reason for rejection' or  'Billing block') via T-Code MASS, the field does not change even though following success messages are returned:
    • &1 &2 has been saved (V1311).
    • VBAPKOM has been processed successfully (V4233).
  • The symptom applies to all fields included in the VBAPKOM structure.
  • Switch SFSW_FASHION_04 is activated in the system.
