3557616 - Report /SAPAPO/SRVF_PROG_DELE_SFD deletes table entries that lies outside of "End Date" field

Symptom

When using report /SAPAPO/SRVF_PROG_DELE_SFD, field "End Date" is automatically filled with a date that seems wrong, and upon running the report, it deletes entries that lies outside of the range of this date.

PS: Report /SAPAPO/SRVF_PROG_DELE_SFD2 is now downported and available also on release 713.
