3557731 - SAP S/4HANA ABAP Instance Startup Fails With HANA Client Issue

• The ABAP instance does not start after executing the "/usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/sapcontrol -nr -function StartSystem" command.
• The status check shows the ABAP instance status as YELLOW.
• The error message below is observed in the dev_w0 log

• HANA client software is installed correctly as a local installation as per SAP note 1943235 - SAP HANA client installation
