3557745 - In F2071 ,F2175 Time Zone Set in 'Language and Region' not working in S/4HANA 2023 release

Symptom

After upgrade to S/4HANA 2023 , time related fields are not converted according to then Time Zone Set in 'Language and Region' in Fiori launchpad as the below attached screenshot ,it's not working for F2071 and F2175 app.
