Payroll System Configuration Object is not accessible for Contingent Workers however the same is accessible for regular employees.

We have consulted with our Product Engineering team and verified that this is a system limitation for Contingent Workers.

The Payroll Block is not accessible for the Contingent Workforce as it is a standard MDF object. Similarly, there are restrictions for other features like Compensation Information and Payment Information etc.
