3557940 - Invalid File Error while Uploading Data Loader Template in Incentive Management

When trying to upload a Data Loader Template via UI, the customer is encountering an error:
"Invalid file. Input file should be of type .xlsx and the data in it should belong to the same workspace as the one where it is uploaded."
