3557985 - Copied Sales Quote Cannot Be Set To Primary

Symptom

A copied Sales Quote cannot be marked as the Primary quote.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales work center.
  2. Open Sales Quote view.
  3. Select any Sales Quote and click on copy.
  4. In the copied quote screen, the Primary quote toggle is not changeable/editable.

Cause

Because of the opportunity field is not filled in the QC view when the sales quote is copied, the primary quote indicator will not be enabled.

Resolution

Once the Opportunity field is filled, please observe that the Primary Quote toggle indicator becomes enabled.
