3558010 - Central Deletion flag cannot be set for the tables KNA1/LFA1 Mass Processing

Symptom

You are trying to set the Central deletion flag field for the entry in tables KNA1/KNB1/LFA1/LFB1 via Mass Processing, but it is not possible.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Cause

Central Archiving Flag for Business Partner is not set.

Resolution

You can set the Central Archiving Flag for Business Partner. After activation the central deletion flags for respective supplier/customer will be set automatically by the system in KNA1/LFA1 database tables.
