3558029 - Dump 'DBSQL_SQL_ERROR' arises in ABST2

Symptom

An execution error occurs when running transaction code ABST2 for certain companies. The error is due to a SQL error, resulting in a system dump, like: 

Category               Installation error
Runtime Errors         DBSQL_SQL_ERROR
Except.                CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

SQL error "SQL code: -99999" occurred while accessing table "V_ANLSUM_1".

The termination occurred in ABAP program or include "SAPLABRA", in
 "VIEW_SUM_RANGE_TRIGGER_ADA". The
main program was "RAEWUS1B".

In the source code, the termination point is in line nnn of  program or
include "LABRAU30".
The termination is due to exception "CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB" occurring in procedure
 "VIEW_SUM_RANGE_TRIGGER_ADA" "(FUNCTION)".
