3558102 - Annualized Salary columns return empty for new hires in the Person and Employment Info (as of Date) Report - Employee Central

When generating a "Person and Employment Info (as of Date)" report for active new hires, the columns under the Category Employee Pay Group, as Annualized Salary, Annualized Salary Currency, and Annualized Salary Amount, are returning empty values.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Report Center;
2. Run a Person and Employment Info (as of Date) Report that have columns of Employee Pay Group sums as Annualized Salary, Annualized Salary Currency and Annualized Salary Amount;
3. These columns will return empty. 
4. The HRIS PayComponentGroup Sums Sync Job is running Successfully and it's possible to view Annualized Salary information in user profile.

Known issue.

1. Do a dummy change in one of the Pay component Groups. Example: Navigate to Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures > Pay Component Group > Annualized Salary > Insert a Description > Save it;
2. Run a Full HRIS Sync as per KBA 2263251 - How to Run a One Time Full HRIS Sync - PARTNER - SAP for Me.

You must run the Full HRIS Sync in all affected instances to fix the existing data issue. 

Once that is resolved new users will be taken care of automatically by the patch fix that has been already deployed on February 13th.
