3558145 - Position workflow is not getting triggered - Employee Central

A business rule has been created and assigned to Position object to trigger a workflow when there is any Position change or creation, however it is not getting triggered.

There is a field defined in "Subject User Field".

Remove the field defined in "Subject User Field" and the workflow will work.
