3558164 - Price Not Reflected in the Objects when Adding a Product

A price has been maintained for a product, but it does not appear in the Net Value field of various entities, such as Sales Quotes or Opportunities.

1. Open the Navigation Menu.
2. Select the view for the desired entity (e.g., Sales Quotes or Opportunities).
3. Locate and open the specific object.
4. In the Product section, search for and add a product.
5. Observe that the Net Value is not populated.

The issue occurs because the price master data record for the product has a status of Not Released. This can happen if:

1. Condition records for the same product were created with overlapping validity periods, causing the previously existing records to have the status Not Released, while the newly created record is marked as Released.
2. The record with the status Released was deleted, leaving only the Not Released record.

A Not Released record does not participate in price determination or calculation.

To resolve this issue:

1. Delete the Not Released record.
2. Create a new price master data record for the product.
3. The newly created record will have the status Released and will participate in price determination.

After completing these steps, the price should appear correctly in all affected entities, such as Sales Quotes and Opportunities.
