Symptom
- A content federation between Work Zone and an on-premise S/4 system via cloud connector was setup;
- Content was successfully federated into Work Zone;
- When accessing the federated apps in Work Zone, users are getting a blank screen with the below error message:
<INTERNAL_SYSTEM_HOSTNAME>'s server IP Address could not be found - In network trace a the last call to the application results in net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. Example:
<INTERNAL_SYSTEM_HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/sap/bc/ui2/flp/ui5appruntime.html?sap-ui-app-id... - Initial call to application is done correctly using Cloud Connector but results in a 302 redirect. Example:
<PROTOCOL>://<WORK_ZONE_TENANT_HOSTNAME>-sapdelim-<RUNTIME_DESTINATION>.launchpad.cfapps.<DATACENTER>.hana.ondemand.com/sap/bc/ui2/flp/ui5appruntime.html?sap-ui-app-id...&approuterAuthCode=<APPROUTER_AUTH_CODE> - Call is redirected to the same URL, but without the &approuterAuthCode=<APPROUTER_AUTH_CODE> parameter. This call returns 200 OK.
