3558272 - Error in Removing Learner from Class Registration in SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• An error message "argument 'content' is null" is displayed when attempting to remove a learner from class registration.
• The issue occurs when users are added first and then a non-virtual class is converted to a virtual class.
• The "Delete Registration" functionality only works for users registered after a virtual session is created.

1. Add users to a non-virtual class.
2. Convert the non-virtual class to a virtual class.
3. Attempt to remove a user from the class.

The issue arises due to a limitation in the current Webex REST implementation. When users are added first and then a non-virtual class is converted to a virtual class, these users are only registered through the Create Meeting API. According to the Webex API, these users are considered "Invitees" and are distinct from "Registrants" who are added after creating a session. The "Delete Registration" functionality only works for users registered after a virtual session is created.

1. Register users after creating a class as a workaround.
2. An enhancement to the current Webex REST implementation is being worked on by the engineering team as part of ticket LRN-189801 to resolve this issue.
3. The issue is expected to be fixed in the next release.
