There is no app that displays or accesses Temporary Billing Documents directly.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Resolution
The "Create Billing Documents" app can be used to generate and view temporary billing documents. These documents can be reviewed before being converted into final billing documents.
There is no such app which provides a list of temporary billing document. As a workaround, the CDS view I_BillingDocument can be utilized.
