Unable to find Consent for Post Upgrade Test in other applications (Test Your Processes).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Resolution
The information on implicit consent update after the Upgrade, is maintained in the help documentation of 'Post-Upgrade Tests' app but not in other application 'Test Your Processes' app.
For additional information refer to: Provide Consent | SAP Help Portal.
Note: The application 'Post-Upgrade Tests' will be available from 2502 release.
