3558523 - Duplicated Manager Name being displayed in the Knowledge Transfer Task - Onboarding

Symptom

  • The manager's name is appearing twice in the Knowledge Transfer (KT) task notes.
  • This scenario is specifically observed by the assignee of the KT task.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy as the KT task assignee.
  2. Navigate to the For you today section.
  3. Click on Administrative Tasks > Complete Knowledge Transfer Tasks.
  4. Observe the manager's name appearing twice in the task notes.

Cause

Code Correction

Resolution

The engineering team has confirmed that a code correction has been implemented to resolve this issue. The fix is expected to be available in the 2505 release.
