Instead of showing the ID and Description of the filter it is showing '(UNKNOWN), (UNKNOWN)' in story of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

1. Login to SAC
2. Open the story
3. Open the filter panel 
   Notice that the filter is showing UNKNOWN description

Fix deployed in SAC version 2025.08
