3558605 - Incorrect FTE value in Manage Pending Hires when system language is in Portuguese (pt_PT) - Employee Central

When a candidate is sent from Recruiting to Manage Pending Hires (Employee Central), if the user opening MPH page has their system language set to English (en_US), the FTE field is automatically populated with "1". However, if the user's system language is set to Portuguese (pt_PT), the FTE field is filled with "100".
