Symptom
When a candidate is sent from Recruiting to Manage Pending Hires (Employee Central), if the user opening MPH page has their system language set to English (en_US), the FTE field is automatically populated with "1". However, if the user's system language is set to Portuguese (pt_PT), the FTE field is filled with "100".

Reproducing the Issue
When system language is English (en_US):
- Open a candidate in Manage Pending Hires that came from Recruiting;
- Fill in required fields until you reach Job Information;
- Check FTE value is "1";
- Change system language to Portuguese (pt_PT);
- Open a candidate in Manage Pending Hires that came from Recruiting;
- Fill in required fields until you reach Job Information;
- Check FTE value is "100".
Cause
Known issue.
Resolution
This defect will be resolved via patch 2505.8 (2502), ECT-246547, with deployment date as of 17th February 2025.
