3558605 - Incorrect FTE value in Manage Pending Hires when system language is in Portuguese (pt_PT) - Employee Central

When a candidate is sent from Recruiting to Manage Pending Hires (Employee Central), if the user opening MPH page has their system language set to English (en_US), the FTE field is automatically populated with "1". However, if the user's system language is set to Portuguese (pt_PT), the FTE field is filled with "100".

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

When system language is English (en_US):

1. Open a candidate in Manage Pending Hires that came from Recruiting;
2. Fill in required fields until you reach Job Information;
3. Check FTE value is "1";
4. Change system language to Portuguese (pt_PT);
5. Open a candidate in Manage Pending Hires that came from Recruiting;
6. Fill in required fields until you reach Job Information;
7. Check FTE value is "100".

Known issue.

This defect will be resolved via patch 2505.8 (2502), ECT-246547, with deployment date as of 17th February 2025.
