3558617 - Foreign currency amounts empty despite using RFUMSV00 flag "Read foreign currency"

Symptom

You use RFUMSV00 and expect "Foreign Currency tax base amount" and "Foreign currency tax amount" to be filled when activate flag "Read foreign currency"  (PAR_XFWA) however those fields remain empty in report output.
