3558701 - Process is archived/closed/cancelled with open/uncompleted compliance task

Records are updating to cancelled status even when they have outstanding compliance tasks.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The Compliance Process object is a secured one and the job owner requires permissions to fetch or update.

If the Job owner doesn't have permission to compliance object, the user is not able to fetch any compliance tasks.

This is considered as no open tasks and Job continue to close those processes.

Ensure to assign necessary "compliance objects permissions" to the Job Owner.

Please note:

If the onboarding process is hired (Manage pending hire is completed) and has an open compliance process, the close job will skip it.

If process is not hired and the start date has passed, along with the number of days configured in the close job rule,  even though there is an open compliance, the job will cancel it.

So please ensure to complete Manage pending hire for the candidate in time.
