3558739 - Tab paragraphs container Editor is not editable in SmartEdit - SAP Commerce Cloud

Symptom

It is observed that the "Tab Paragraph Container Editor" is not editable in SmartEdit, along with the message "You may be trying to edit a component whose component type is not supported, that you do not have permission for, or that has no editable attributes." as shown below screenshot:
