3559027 - F2430: List Incomplete Sales Documents - Navigation to this application is not supported

Symptom

  • Open App F2430 and Filer by “Created On” and then click GO. When the records appeared on the table, then try to navigate by clicking on the table line. 
    • Navigation to VAX2_INCLOG: Complete Missing Data not working properly
      • A pop up error that states: 

        Error

        Navigation to this application is not supported
    • However, using a different step works (workaround):
      • After clicking GO, click on the Sales document item number link then a popup with some selection are available:
        • Analyze Order-to-Cash Performance
        • Change Sales Order
        • Complete Missing Data <-- Select this option from the popup
          • This will work and show the data
    • What is needed to make the actual navigation to work
