3559067 - Document flow was skipped for a candidate though assign form rule was satisfied - Onboarding

• Candidate completed the Personal Data Collection step, but no forms were triggered to be signed.
• Assign form rule was satisfied, yet the Document Flow was skipped for the candidate.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The cause was undertermine due to lack of relevant logs in the backend.

• The Engineering Team was unable to find any logs in the backend related to the document flow for the affected candidate. 
• The team also raised an internal ticket to fetch the logs from the server to see if they can find anything out of it. However, due to security policy, the logs from the server will only stay for 7 days.

• The Engineering Team has introduced a fix to add additional logs for document workflow so that if we come across such cases in the future, it will be useful for the analysis.
