Planning/doing an installation or system copy of SAP System based on SAP NetWeaver/SAP S/4HANA, HANA Platform with Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM, SAP Note: 1680045, 2568783).

In log file sapinst_dev.log, there is message as below:
