3559126 - Error in XML Feed Generation in Command Center - Recruiting Marketing

• An error occurs when trying to run an XML Feed in Command Center.
• The error message is "FeedGenerator Error".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Attempt to run an XML Feed in Command Center / Feed management
2. Observe the error message "FeedGenerator Error".

There are no active rules in the feed itself. 

You need to have at least one active rule or no rules at all for the feed to run.  

If you are unfamiliar with the feed management process, we strongly recommend reviewing the training webinar that was conducted in the Recruiting Academy Learning Room hosted in the Learning Hub.  

Steps to get to the training:

1. Log into Learning Hub
2. Scroll to the section above "Content Library" and search the term "SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Academy Learning Room"
3. Filter by the "SAP Learning Rooms: Browse Rooms" and click the link for "SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Academy Learning Room" (opens a new tab)
4. Once open, Select the "Overview" dropdown menu and select "Content"
5. Of the folder options appearing, select "8 Job Distribution and Advanced Analytics"
6. From there, choose the "Configure XML Feeds - Live Session 26-May-2021 (2 hr)" option
