3559242 - Analytical Apps keep loading or "Cannot Load Tile" Error

Symptom

Certain Analytical Fiori apps in the Fiori Launchpad display "Cannot load tile" error.

In console log(F12), you can find the following error:

code": "BRAIN_DEV/643",
"message": "Value 'TODAY' is not valid for variable Open on Key Date",
