3559386 - List Price of Product is Blank in Opportunity

You set up a Price List for a Product in the Price List work center view in the Product work center, however List Price is blank when you select the Product.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center
2. Go to the Opportunities work center view
3. Click Create
4. Select a Product that Price List is set up in the Price List work center view
5. Click Save and Open
6. Go to the Products facet
7. Check List Price

Result: It is blank

Expected Result: The value set up in the Price List is displayed.

The Sales Data maintained in the Product is not maintained in the Opportunity.

Maintain the same Sales Data in the Opportunity as in the Product.
