3559631 - Restriction Type is showing "No Data" while maintaining restrictions in a Business Role

When displaying restrictions of a Business Role in app Maintain Business Roles there is no restriction field shown (No Data) in some restriction types.

Changing values of these restriction fields(not shown in these restriction types)via Mass Change is not working. After mass change completed, there is no restriction field shown in these restriction types, and in Edit mode, the empty values are changed.

This is standard behavior of Maintain Business Roles application.

The affected Restriction Type was probably added after a system upgrade and by default the restriction is not maintained. Changing completely empty restrictions via the Mass Change will result in nothing, as nothing was found.

You need to manually add the Restriction Fields of this Restriction Type to add restrictions to the Business Role. 

When clicking on "Edit", empty restrictions are initialized. This is done to help maintaining restrictions in the UI (As they should not be unmaintained).
So please either maintain the newly added restrictions in the "Edit" mode or add the restrictions via the Mass Change.
