3559639 - Syntax error in program CL_SMUD_SMD_P_CHECK_IMPL_AUTH=CP & Method GET_CHECKOUT_LOCK - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

After upgrade of the Solution Manager 7.2 system to ST SP >= 20 you may get following syntax error:

The current ABAP program "SMUDA_IW_PRECON_CHECK_BADI====CP" had to be
 terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
In include "CL_SMUD_SMD_P_CHECK_IMPL_AUTH=CM00A     ", in line 1 of program
 "CL_SMUD_SMD_P_CHECK_IMPL_AUTH=CP        ", the following syntax errors
have occurred:
Method "GET_CHECKOUT_LOCK" is not declared or inherited in class "CL_S
MUD_SMD_P_CHECK_IMPL_AUTH". -
