3559869 - Sales order settlement document not updating few characteristics sender line items

Symptom

Sales order is the cost object, and transaction code VA88 settlement, has been ran.

The data from table ACDOCA is viewed, and the following observations are seen: 

  • While create billing document account document line item updated with sales order, customer, sales organization, distribution, division characteristics updating in ACDOCA table
  • While doing sales order settlement the sender line item is not updating sales order, customer, sales organization, distribution, division characteristics updating in ACDOCA table
  • The receiver line item is updating all required COPA characteristics in ACDOCA table.
