3559942 - Integration of International Address Version

Symptom

You would like to exchange business partners between SAP S4HANA and SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2. You have found that there is no international address version in SCV2 and that it is not integrated or is lost in the incoming message in SCV2.

Environment

SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2 Integration with SAP S4HANA

Cause

International Address Version maintenance and Replication is not yet supported in Sales & Service Cloud Version 2

Resolution

According to official announcement in Road Map Explorer, the feature will be supported by end of Q4-2026. In case if you are sending address changes or swap between normal version vs international version - ensure the addressRepresentation is sent as default " "
