3559971 - Not possible to send a custom notification to the Hiring Manager when the initiating a process - Onboarding

Is it possible to create a custom notification to send to the Hiring Manager when the candidate initiates the onboarding process and reaches to the Dashboard?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. A new hire initiates the onboarding process.
2. The Hiring Manager does not receives the custom notification when the new hire reaches the Onboarding Dashboard.

The current system behavior does not support custom email notifications for the specific scenario of a candidate reaching the Onboarding Dashboard.

For Onboarding, the custom email notifications can only be created for Custom Tasks related to:

• (ONB) Custom Initiated Template
• (ONB) Custom Completed Template

Currently, the desired scenario is not be covered in the Email Triggers for Onboarding and Offboarding scenario.

In order to change or improve this system behavior, it's possible to submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team, which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
