3559999 - Error SLS_LORD 009 unable to save incomplete sales document via BAPI after system upgrade

Symptom

  • Error SLS_LORD009 ("Document is incomplete") and warning V1555 ("The sales document is not yet complete: Edit data") occur when using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2, SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE, or other SD interfaces to create a Sales Document.
  • The system fails to create an incomplete Sales Document via BAPI.
  • MASS change can no longer be saved on incomplete sales documents.
