• The "Initiate SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication Integration for Learning-Only Users" option is not found in the Upgrade Center.
• SAP SuccessFactors Platform was already migrated to IAS and IAS was activated successfully, but the option "Initiate SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication Integration for Learning-Only Users" is not found in either Optional Upgrades or View Saved for Later Items/View Recently Completed Upgrades

1. Access the environment.
2. Navigate to the Upgrade Center.
3. Attempt to locate the "Initiate SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication Integration for Learning-Only Users" option.
4. It is not found in Optional Upgrades or View Saved for Later Items or View Recently Completed Upgrades

The issue occurs due to the "initiateIASMigration" configuration being set to "true" in the LMS Administrator Center > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > SAP CLOUD IDENTITY SERVICES. The configuration should default to "false" and then be updated to "true" by the "Initiate SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication Integration for Learning-Only Users" job in the Upgrade Center.

If LMS admin manually set "initiateIASMigration" to true before executing the "Initiate SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication Integration for Learning-Only Users" job, then the upgrade option will be not visible in Upgrade Center.

1. Access the LMS Administrator Center.
2. Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > SAP CLOUD IDENTITY SERVICES.
3. Set the "initiateIASMigration" configuration to "false".
4. Return to the Upgrade Center.
5. The "Initiate SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication Integration for Learning-Only Users" option should now be available.
