3560083 - GRC User Access Request:82: Script execution failed due to Connection authorization failure

Symptom

  • Error encountered while submitting AC jobs from the IDM system
  • Connection authorization failure occurred with error code SQLException: [jcc][t4][2013][11249][4.25.13] Connection authorization failure occurred.  Reason: User ID or Password invalid. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000 
  • Error message: "Could not create a connection" and "while trying to invoke the method java.sql.Connection.prepareCall(java.lang.String) of a null object returned from com.sap.idm.vds.util.HidedIDStoreOperations.idstoreconnection()"
