3560135 - “No items available" is displayed when uploading group journal entries in APP "Import Group Journal Entries"

Symptom

With the FIORI app "Import Group Journal Entries", upload group journal entries is not working, it shows the message "No items available" . However, it is working for some other user IDs with same upload file.
