3560206 - Time Sheet Approval center shows manager's own timesheets

Symptom

When a manager accesses the Time Sheet Approval Center, the manager’s own time sheets are also displayed.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Sheet
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Manager launches the Approval Center.
  2. The manager’s own timesheets are visible in the output when in 'To be submitted' status.
  3. Once submitted, the timesheets are no longer displayed.

Cause

Working as designed.

Resolution

If the manager has rights to view their own timesheet, it will be displayed in the approval center output.
If the manager are not able to approve their own timesheet, it will then be removed from the list which is also intended.
