Files placed in the Hot Folder are not being picked up for processing in the blob storage. Upon investigation, it is observed that:
- Only files starting with capital letters are successfully processed.
- Files starting with the lowercase letter 'a' are also processed.
- All other files remain unprocessed in the Hot Folder, without any error messages or logs indicating the issue.
