3560463 - [SAC - FSM] Import Failures Due to Pagination Issues

Symptom

When attempting to import data from SAP Field Service Management (FSM) into SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), the user may encounter the following errors:

  • CA-285: Requested page [100] is greater than max allowed page [99].
  • CA-303: Page size can not be greater than max [1,000]. 
  • Refresh data failed. Open the model or dimension to learn more about the refresh status. An error occurred while fetching data: Response from external server has status code of 500.
