3560516 - WEB UI unresponsive after upgrade

Symptom

Following an upgrade or release a note to the production system, any of the following symptoms may be encountered :

  • Blank page.
  • Freeze screen after selecting the business role.
  • WEB UI Application does not open.

On the console the following errors can be seen:

  • Uncaught ReferenceError: thtmlbUtil is not defined:
