Symptom

  • After upgrading BW/4 HANA system, the start variant of multiple process chains does not display the start date and time.
  • The chains cannot be triggered from the BW backend without editing and changing them.
  • The following issue appears:

    Specify a complete start time

    Message No. BT005

    Diagnosis

    Both a start date and a start time are required.

    Procedure

    Ensure that you have specified both a start date and a start time.
