3560576 - Analysis for Office 2.7 : The launcher exited with errors

A0 2.7 does not work as expected. This issue is happening for couple of users after windows 11 upgrade in their machine.

AO interface error: "The launcher exited with errors" or "addin returned an error"

logs show:
