Symptom

When attempting to limit the /SCWM/MAT1 transaction for business users to display access (Activity = 03), an error message "Insufficient authorization for the chosen location product" (Msg no. MD_AUTHORITY012) is encountered.
There are questions about the necessity of the activity 16 (Execute) for the object C_APO_LOC.
