3561064 - Most Recent Jobs not Showing for Zero Job Result in Category Page - Recruiting Marketing

When an external candidate accesses a posting category with no jobs posted, the system does not show the "most recent" jobs even if the "No Results Record" is not set to zero.

SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Access the RMK Career Site.
2. Click on a Category page with no Job result.
3. Observe that there are no job results and the message “The 0 most recent job openings posted by (COMPANY NAME) are listed below for your convenience.” is displayed.
4. Go to the search page, you can see that there are posted jobs in the career site.
5. Check CSB > Global > Search Results > “No Results Records” set to a value.

Based on investigation by Engineering, “Limit Search by Locale” setting is not honored on Category Pages.
