I try to recover my username by using the Need Login Assistance? feature available on the Login Page, but receive the following error after providing the email address: "I couldn't find an account associated to the email address you provided. Check your entry for accuracy and try again or choose Need assistance. You have up to 4 attempts to retry your email address."
