Symptom

Inspection lots are not set for archiving when running the preprocessing program in transaction SARA or using program RQRQAB00/QM_CONTROL_PRE.
The following error is displayed in the Job log in transaction SARA:  Status 'Blocked f. Archiving' Not Possible (Reason Inspection lot in use ).
