3561458 - onView Rule not working in the UI for Alterative fields - Employee Central

• The 'Formal Name Alt 1' field value on the personal information portlet is not getting updated based on the onView Rule to set value based on values added to the country-specific field on global information 
• The change history reflects the updated 'Formal Name Alt 1' values for the effective date, but these updated values do not appear on the employee profile.
