Symptom
- Inability to access the SAP Commerce Cloud portal after changing the mobile device.
- The authentication app (Google) code is not working.
- The user is able to receive an SMS with a login code, but the code does not work on the second authentication screen.
- The second authentication screen does not provide an option for SMS authentication.
